- Gala dinner chef honoring Precious Okoyomon for Foundacion Beyeler, Basel, Switzerland. Dessert offered on the patio with fresh 12 herb soft serve ice cream, and a cheeseboard offering as an edible pond, lamb merguez “cattails” and rock colored and shaped rolls.
- Theater director, host, chef, curator for an experimental talk show called Living Room Concept at Performance Space New York.
